Muncie ARF

ARF was established in 1998 by Terri Panzi. She was an X-ray tech at Ball Memorial in Muncie, Indiana. At first, she was the only person who was cleaning, feeding, and taking care of the animals. Since then, ARF has taken in homeless animals and helped low-income families by offering Spay-Neuter Services of Indiana (SNSI) and Spay-Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP). Workers and volunteers make sure that the animals’ environments are safe and clean. (Photos by Jessica Simmons)
