Hot meals, paper sack lunches of deli sandwich, fruit, and chips, and other food options are provided at the Soup Kitchen of Muncie, located at the St. Vincent de Paul building on the St. Lawrence Campus in Muncie, IN. The volunteers can consist of temporary to long-term passionate staff from schools, local community, and the Soup Kitchen of Muncie board of trustees. The group is willing to help provide food outside the door for those unable to enter the building. Additionally, there is accommodation for those with allergies. The non-profit, non-sectarian soup kitchen is committed to feeding the hungry with dignity and respect. (Photos by Kate Tilbury)
