Mango’s Miracles is a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue that takes in abandoned or stray animals. Although their main concern is cats, the organization also helps find homes for dogs, rabbits, turtles, and other animals. The organization’s name is for the late cat, Mango, who belonged to Lindsey Wright. Her love for Mango was so strong that it inspired her to found this organization. Since its founding, hundreds of animals have been helped and placed into loving homes. Every Friday from 6 to 8 p.m., aptly named Feline Fridays, the public is invited to visit the organization on West Kilgore Avenue to cuddle with the adoptable cats.
