Easter at Grace Episcopal Church

Members of Grace Episcopal Church gathered to celebrate Easter through a morning worship service followed by a shared community meal on Sunday, April 5, 2026. During the service, individuals participate in prayer, music, and reflection, creating a quiet and reverent atmosphere that marks the significance of the holiday. As the service concludes, the setting shifts to a more relaxed coffee hour, where attendees come together over food, conversation, and connection. Families, friends, and community members interact across generations, reinforcing a sense of belonging and tradition. Following this, an ecumenical group of volunteers comes together to welcome, serve, and clean up community members for a home-cooked meal. Gathering Grace is a church dinner that provides a hot meal to anyone who chooses to come in. The meal is served weekly from 3-4pm, and always includes a main course, vegetables, fresh salad, bread, and fresh-baked cake. These outreach programs are used to help bring the community together in fellowship. (Photos by Heather Parker)
