Melissa H. and Brian Beale are both volunteering for Horticulture Volunteer Day on Thursday, April 9, 2026, in the Minnetrista Garden. These two are consistent volunteers for Minnetrista and are committed to their work in helping Minnetrista’s crops grow healthily. It takes a lot of intention and patience for a process like this, but the result is truly rewarding, as it helps the environment in a small yet impactful way. Ball State students are also free to volunteer. Minnetrista hosts these events every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. (Photos by Quinn Palilonis)
